Horowhenua Taste Trail Programme Director The successful candidate will oversee the Event Manager as well as other contractors to ensure the Event is delivered to the highest standard. You will work with and report directly to the Board. Skills and experience:
Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, responsible for securing event partners and sponsorship.
Ability to strategically manage and problem solve issues as they arise.
Experience in managing and coordinating a diverse team to achieve key targets and objectives set by the Board.
Horowhenua Taste Trail Event Manager The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall event coordination, planning and logistics. You will report to the Programme Director and work closely with producers, volunteers, stakeholders and contractors. Skills and experience:
Excellent relationship management skills and ability to lead and work as part of a wider team.
Marketing experience.
Highly organised and motivated- ability to work well under pressure.
Superb attention to detail and not afraid of going the extra mile to deliver to the highest standard.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to oversee and help manage budgets.
IT savvy.
